Be the driving force behind inSmartio's growth by building a network of trusted, verified professionals. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS), you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding skilled service providers (e.g., plumbers, electricians, cleaners) onto the platform. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential experts in your community to guiding them through our verification process. Your work will directly contribute to inSmartio's core mission of building trust and providing reliable services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Recruitment: Proactively source & recruit skilled professionals through community engagement, social media, and local partnerships
  • Verification & Onboarding: Guide experts through inSmartio's multi-tier verification system (NIN, BVN, background checks)
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified experts to meet growing platform demand
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product and operations teams to understand evolving needs
  • Community Building: Foster strong relationships with experts to ensure their success and retention on the platform
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., onboarding numbers, time-to-onboard) and identify process improvements

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar community-building role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse individuals
  • Proven ability to source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media and community outreach.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail (crucial for the verification process).
