Talent Acquisition Specialist
inSmartio Mobile App Project
Be the driving force behind inSmartio's growth by building a network of trusted, verified professionals. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS), you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding skilled service providers (e.g., plumbers, electricians, cleaners) onto the platform. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying potential experts in your community to guiding them through our verification process. Your work will directly contribute to inSmartio's core mission of building trust and providing reliable services.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Recruitment: Proactively source & recruit skilled professionals through community engagement, social media, and local partnerships
- Verification & Onboarding: Guide experts through inSmartio's multi-tier verification system (NIN, BVN, background checks)
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified experts to meet growing platform demand
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product and operations teams to understand evolving needs
- Community Building: Foster strong relationships with experts to ensure their success and retention on the platform
- Performance Tracking: Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., onboarding numbers, time-to-onboard) and identify process improvements
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar community-building role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with diverse individuals
- Proven ability to source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media and community outreach.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail (crucial for the verification process).
- A passion for inSmartio's mission of building a trusted service ecosystem.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French or local Nigerian languages is a plus.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is advantageous.
Mobile & Web App Tester
Quality Assurance
Join our quality assurance team to ensure our mobile and web applications deliver flawless experiences to our growing customer base across Africa and Europe. You'll be the last line of defense before our products reach users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive test plans for mobile (iOS/Android) and web applications
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing
- Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues
- Automate test cases to improve testing efficiency and coverage
- Ensure applications meet performance standards across diverse network conditions
- Maintain quality documentation and testing reports
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of QA experience for mobile and web applications
- Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Appium, or similar)
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar)
- Fluent in English; French or Spanish is a plus
Senior SOC Manager
Security Operations
Lead our security operations center and protect the digital assets of over 20,000 customers across multiple continents. As Senior SOC Manager, you'll build and manage a world-class security team that ensures our platforms remain resilient against evolving threats.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead CHRIVON's Security Operations Center (SOC)
- Develop and implement security monitoring strategies for cloud-based SaaS platforms
- Lead incident response and threat hunting activities
- Build and mentor a team of security analysts
- Implement security information and event management (SIEM) solutions
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international security standards (GDPR, etc.)
- Conduct security assessments and vulnerability management programs
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed security into the development lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of security experience, with 3+ years in a SOC leadership role
- Deep knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Experience with SIEM tools, EDR solutions, and threat intelligence platforms
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, GCIH, or similar)
- Understanding of African, UK, and EU data protection regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
